The hills are alive with the sound of music

So the third graders at Tincher get to choose if they want to play the violin or cello. Or in fourth grade you can pick trumpet, flute or clarinet.
Sabrina decided that she wanted to learn how to play the violin.

A trip to the music store to get fitted with a violin.
Thank you Nana for helping us out with this musical adventure!!!
And here she is practicing after her first lesson.
(I think it's going to be a long year...anyone have a spare pair of earplugs?)
We will let you all know when the first recital is...I'm sure you will all want to hear a bunch of third graders screech away on their violins and cellos!

Personally, I can't wait for the first recital. Isn't that what a grandparent is for? Practice every day and, everything else you do---do your best, always. Love y'all Nana
