Long Beach with the Lopez Family

We are so grateful that we have this wonderful family in our lives. The Lopez family has blessed our lives and we love every chance we get to spend with them. (Not so grateful that they live far away, though.)
This time it was our turn to host them in our home...and they didn't complain too much about coming to Long Beach.

Our first stop was to Islands at the Pike. We got to celebrate this cute girl's 6th birthday, too! I think she was happy about that!
The other kids just talked and talked non-stop and had a blast hanging out together.
Charlee and Erin-Ashley loved that birthday sundae.
We walked from the Pike to Shoreline Village. Poor Sheree's already sprained ankle didn't appreciate that much...but she was a total trooper and the hubbys went back and got the car for us so we didn't have to walk all the way back.
We goofed around and had a lot of laughs.
These girls are fast friends...Sabrina and Tiffany. Nevermind that they are both very gorgeous!
And the babies of our families always melt our hearts...Erin-Ashley and Charlee
Colton trying to push that boulder down was only one of his many antics that made us laugh and his parents groan!
All the kids with the Queen Mary in the background.
After our trip to downtown we came back to our house had some pizza and had a little birthday celebration for Erin-Ashley. It was so hard to say goodbye and we already are planning our next visit! (I think the kids have already text each other a few times too!)
Until next time.

You never realize how much time goes by until you see kids grown up. I can't believe how big their kids look.

You guys have too much fun! I love how you can take everyday places and make them seem like Paris. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE your Valentine's activity!
