Saturday was a SCMAF meet (southern california municipal athletic federation) at Bell Gardens High School. Only 4 girls from So Cal Running Wild participate in SCMAF meets: Arriana, Amber, Olivia and Sabrina. If they made the top 3 in their events at this meet, it qualifies them to go to finals in June. Fortunately all 4 girls made top 3 and will compete in June!!! Congrats girls.....you all rock!!!

Sabrina's first event was 200m. She ran it in 38.8 sec and took 1st place.
Sabrina's other event was long jump and she PR'ed in this event with a jump of 10'3!!!!!!!
This girl is lovin' the long jump and has totally "taken off" in this event. Funny thing...Sabrina thinks that if she gets a Jamba Juice with a boost that it helps her "boost" her jumping!! (Little does she know a Jamba boost is just vitamins.)

Sabrina also ran in another meet this weekend. She only ran the 200m and improved her time to 38.2 sec and took 3rd place!!! No pictures of that race....it all went down too fast to bust out the camera!!
