Our Valentine's Trip

We woke the kids up early on Sunday the 13th and told them to get packing because we were going on vacation!

We checked in to the Grand Californian and promptly got into our bathing suits and hit the pool. Thank goodness for 70+ degree weather in California in February!!

After our trip to the pool we went to dinner and then went to California Adventure to play until it was time for the World of Color show.




We really liked the World of Color (although I have to say I still like Fantasmic better).



Charlee made it through about half the show and then just couldn't hold on any longer!

Tabitha was eating it up!!

Sabrina got lucky and had a pretty good spot to watch the show.

See...me and Gian were there too!

When we got back to our hotel room we were surprised by two bouquets of pink balloons and a picture of Mickey and Minnie, along with the chocolate coins on our pillows. Love the Disney touches!!

The next day we dressed up in our Valentine attire and played at Disneyland. I think Tabitha counted that we went on 11 rides...pretty good for a crowded Valentine's day!

It was a LOVELY Valentine's day trip! I'm so glad our Valentine took all his girls away...we really needed the time to feel the LOVE as a family.
